A new street drug called Glem allows users to temporarily forget painful memories. The world is divided between those who think this drug should be legalized to help people forget their painful past, and those who believe that bad memories are important because of them we are who we are.

Glem tells the connected stories of Robert Clark (Dave Bailey), a sad lonely man who uses this drug to forget how hard his life is, and two police officers John (Gian Shaw) and Jake (Adrian Rashad Driscoll) that are investigating the theft of Glem from their department.
